Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Technical Support professional for onsite work in New York, NY. The role centers on laptop support across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices, with a strong emphasis on customer service and effective communication.

You will contribute to site readiness, collaborate with the site lead, and support multiple divisions while engaging in cross-training with peers. The position requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in end-user support.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of remote administration and end-user support experience.
• 3+ years of Windows 10 or earlier OS experience.
• 3+ years with ticketing & reporting tools (Zendesk, HPSM, ServiceNow).
• 1+ year experience with Google Suite and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for team members across multiple divisions.
• Focus on laptop support for Windows PCs, Macs, and mobile devices.
• Deliver customer-focused support.
• Engage in cross-training with peers.
• Assist the site lead and act as a backup when delegated.
• Take and resolve intake calls for the Service Desk.
