Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or related customer service roles.
• Onsite support at location with CST schedule.
• Degree preferred but not required.
• IT certifications preferred but not required.
• Equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for hardware, software, networking, and printers.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, Windows, and basic network issues.
• Install software, drivers, updates, and workstation apps.
• Set up and configure new laptops and hardware.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding and equipment setup.
• Monitor systems and escalate when needed.
• Manage support tickets via internal ticketing system and chat.
• Be a friendly, customer-focused IT resource onsite.
• Maintain professionalism in fast-paced or quiet environments.
