Job summary

Jobot is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Chicago headquarters. You will be the face of tech support on-site, handling hardware, onboarding, access management, and inter-site collaboration across states.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support, desktop support or help desk experience.
• Experience supporting an organization of 150+ employees.
• Strong Microsoft 365 / Outlook skills, plus account administration (Active Directory or Entra ID a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support for staff: hardware, equipment, printers, phones and everyday troubleshooting.
• Own IT onboarding and offboarding, from setting up computers and accounts to granting and removing access.
• Resolve login, password, MFA and account-access issues across our EHR, Outlook and other business systems.
• Support colleagues at our Kansas, Ohio and Wisconsin locations remotely, partnering with their on-site IT staff.
• Work with our US-based IT vendors to log, escalated and follow through on issues, and help neighboring businesses in our building with IT needs.
