Job summary

Mid America Health is seeking a motivated Technical Support Specialist for an onsite role in Greenwood, IN. You’ll handle IT support for field and office staff, troubleshoot Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, and mobile devices, and contribute to IT projects while working under the IT Manager.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Help Desk experience and relevant IT certifications. Hours are M-TH 8am-5pm, F 8am-3pm with rotating on-call. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, DOE.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years of Help Desk or IT Support experience.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the IT support ticket queue with timely resolution.
• Provide first and second-level technical support for field and office staff.
• Troubleshoot Windows computers, Microsoft 365 apps, printers, mobile devices, and business software.
