Kentro is hiring an experienced Customer Service Engineer to support VA End Point and Operations Monitoring efforts, including onsite coverage at the Jackson, MS VA Medical Center. You will diagnose issues, perform routine system administration tasks, and maintain logs of activity.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support or system administration, with the ability to travel during surge periods and comply with VA health and security requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or technical discipline, or 8 years of additional relevant experience.
• 2+ years of IT Technical Support, Help Desk or System Administration experience.
• Candidates must meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for VA customers and incidents.
• Diagnose issues, guide users through corrective steps, and log actions in admin systems.
• Assist with Active Directory, account provisioning, and network service support.
• Monitor tickets in ServiceNow and communicate status and actions to customers.
• Handle equipment deployment, returns, inventory, and verification activities.
• Maintain safety procedures and physical handling of equipment up to 50 pounds.
