Kentro is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support VA-ESOM End Point Support and Operations Monitoring across the United States, with onsite work at Lake City VA Medical Clinic in Lake City, FL and remote options as needed.

The role requires strong IT technical support experience, the ability to diagnose issues, interact with customers, and perform system administration tasks, including Active Directory, ticketing via ServiceNow, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering/technical discipline, or 8 years of additional relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in IT Technical Support, Help Desk or System Administration.
• Candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role as listed in the job description.

Responsabilités

• Support the installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of computer systems and equipment onsite.
• Deliver remote and desk-side IT support, respond to tickets, and perform diagnostic and repair activities on hardware and software.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts, interfacing with software applications, compiling reports, and responding to customer requests.
• Maintain Active Directory and system accounts, support connectivity and client applications, and assist in configuring network services.
• Monitor VA ServiceNow tickets to ensure adherence to processes and propose corrective actions for approval.
