Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot computer systems and equipment for optimal operation.
• Provide remote and desk-side IT support; respond to and resolve tickets and perform diagnostics.
• Maintain user accounts, interface with software apps, and compile reports as needed.
• Assist in Active Directory and system accounts management; support network services.
• Monitor VA ServiceNow incidents; propose corrective actions and obtain approvals as needed.
