Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, electronics engineering, or related field, or 8 years of additional relevant experience.
• 2+ years of IT Technical Support/Help Desk/System Administration.

Responsibilities

• Support Government with installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of computer systems and equipment.
• Provide remote and desk-side technical support; respond to IT tickets; diagnose and repair hardware and software.
• Assist in setting up user accounts, interfacing with software applications, and compiling reports.
