Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists seeks a reliable IT support engineer to provide onsite end-user and infrastructure assistance at our Operations facilities in Baltimore, MD. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, independent work, and participation in on-call rotations and site shift schedules.

You will image and deploy laptops, configure printers, support Windows 11 and Linux, diagnose hardware and network issues, and manage tickets within SLA.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year hands-on IT support experience.
Imaging & deployment of laptops.
Printer troubleshooting & support.
Basic networking concepts & troubleshooting.
Windows 11 & Linux operating systems.
Experience with a ticketing system.
Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow documented procedures.
Excellent communication & customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktops.
Provide support for Windows 11 and Linux environments.
Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
Assist with onboarding and workstation setup.
