Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking a reliable IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for Operations facilities in Las Vegas. You will support end-user computing devices, printers, and basic networking, following established procedures and SLAs.

This role is hands-on and requires strong troubleshooting, independent work, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations. Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT support and CompTIA A+ are preferred.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of hands-on IT support experience.
Experience imaging/deploying laptops.
Printer troubleshooting and support.
Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Windows 11 operating systems support.
Linux operating systems support.
Experience working with a ticketing system.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Ability to follow documented procedures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktops.
Provide Windows 11 and Linux support; troubleshoot issues.
Diagnose printer issues and basic network/troubleshooting.
Handle support tickets within SLA and follow CM procedures.
