Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on IT support experience is required.
• Experience imaging, deploying, and maintaining laptops/desktops.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Experience with printer troubleshooting and support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktop systems.
• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and application issues.
• Support user onboarding and workstation setup activities.
• Diagnose and resolve printer issues, including network-connected printers.
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting and cabling issues.
• Respond to tickets and service requests within SLA requirements.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Assist with asset management and equipment lifecycle activities.
