Job summary

Corient in Miami, FL is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to deliver high-quality, in-person and remote user support. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues, install and upgrade devices, and document actions in the ITSM system.

The role may require after-hours work and up to 10% travel, with onsite presence four days per week. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent experience, 3–4 years in deskside support, and solid knowledge of Windows 11,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent proven industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong end-user support and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality in-person, phone, chat, or email deskside support to onsite and remote end users.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions.
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware and equipment to optimize performance.
• Document incidents and requests in the ITSM system and escalate when needed.
• Perform inventory, shipping, and receiving of IT hardware; work after hours or weekends if required.
• Travel up to 10% as needed; onsite 4 days per week.
