Job summary

Compucom Staffing is seeking a qualified Deskside Support Engineer to join their team onsite in Miami, FL. The role is a long-term contract of approximately one year with potential extension, supporting end-user IT needs in a client-facing setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of enterprise deskside experience, Windows troubleshooting, and imaging/deployment skills. Onsite presence and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years enterprise deskside/field support.
• Hands-on Windows deskside support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with endpoint imaging, deployment and IMACD.
• Strong onsite customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to document work accurately.
• Strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform IMACD tasks.
• Provide break/fix support.
• Stage, build, image, configure and deploy endpoints.
• Perform hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Support asset handling.
• Perform ticket updates.
• Provide end-user support.
• Resolve onsite deskside incidents and requests.
• Maintain accurate ITSM and asset records.
• Assist to coordinate escalations.
