Job summary

Slipstream Life Sciences in South San Francisco is seeking a Deskside Engineer to provide hands-on IT support for Windows and iOS environments, troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues, and manage user access to ensure employees have the tools they need.

With 3 years of deskside or desktop support experience and a bachelor’s degree in IT or CS preferred, you’ll work closely with users, document solutions, and collaborate with the IT team to improve the end-user experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of deskside/desktop IT support experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience with Windows and iOS environments

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on deskside support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals
• Troubleshoot Windows and iOS devices and resolve hardware, software, connectivity issues
• Manage user access via Active Directory and document troubleshooting steps
