Qualifications

• 3+ years of minimum experience in desktop support
• Experience supporting Windows and MacOS environments and applications
• Experience imaging and deploying IT equipment and managing lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues on end-user devices
• Perform break/fix and preventive maintenance according to KBs
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and queue, escalate where needed
• Maintain hardware asset inventory and loaner/spare parts pools
• Coordinate with OEMs for warranty repairs and onsite support
