Job summary

Worley is seeking an Executive Digital Operations Technician in Houston to deliver concierge-level technology support for Executives and their Assistants. You will own incidents end-to-end, coordinate with executive assistants on daily activities, and ensure rapid issue resolution while maintaining confidentiality and professional presence in a high-visibility environment.

The role covers deskside support for desktops and laptops, conference room tech, and device lifecycle tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in deskside or end-user support within a professional environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across Windows and Mac endpoints, peripherals, and access.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and working in time-sensitive executive settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level, rapid technology support for Executives and Assistants.
• Own executive incidents from intake to resolution with escalation as needed.
• Coordinate with Executive Assistants on daily schedules and support needs.
• Support conference rooms and collaboration tech, including displays and audio.
• Maintain equipment readiness and documentation via ITSM processes.
