Qualifications

• Experience in deskside executive support.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows and Mac platforms.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level, rapid technology support for Executives and Assistants.
• Own incidents and requests end-to-end, with escalation when needed.
• Coordinate with Executive Assistants to understand daily schedules and support needs.
• Support executive conference rooms and collaboration technology, including displays and audio/video systems.
• Perform proactive readiness checks and maintain organized spare equipment.
