Job summary

Direct Recruiters Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist to support the continued growth and development of our Information Technology department, ensuring secure, scalable technology for a national firm.

You will assist with end-user support, hardware for remote offices, and desk-side/MFP printer care to keep operations running smoothly. You will deploy home office hardware, manage remote staff, resolve tickets per SLAs, and help implement IT processes while working onsite full-time in Solon, OH.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of verified experience in a corporate IT support role.
• Proficiency in Windows 11, Office 365 administration, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Zoom and Teams.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware troubleshooting and common software issues.
• Mac OS troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with Apple and Android phone support.
• Ability to provide remote and phone-based support.
• Strong team player with the ability to work under deadlines and unsupervised.
• Experience using remote management tools for troubleshooting and support.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable working onsite full-time in Solon, OH (this is not a remote role).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-users and office technologies per established policies and procedures.
• Manage and support hardware for remote office environments.
• Deploy and retrieve home office hardware for remote users.
• Deliver deskside and MFP printer support.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets, meeting established SLAs.
• Maintain hardware inventory and facilitate hardware ordering requests.
• Play an active role in developing and implementing IT processes and procedures.
• Provide IT support for new remote office setups.
• Assist users with the installation and setup of computer hardware and peripherals.
