Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in an internal‑facing IT support role.
• 2+ years of corporate Windows OS support.
• 1+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years of PC repair, deployment, and disposal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site, high‑quality IT support diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Provide on‑call support outside normal hours.
• Triage and escalate system or network outages to reduce downtime.
• Understand and execute change management activities.
• Oversee IT asset inventories.
• Continuously learn new technologies and IT policies.
