Job summary

SAGE Integration Holdings LLC in Kent, Ohio is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Support Engineer to provide end-to-end on-site technical support for corporate employees. You will be the go-to expert, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues to keep productivity secure and uninterrupted.

The role requires strong Windows OS and networking knowledge, on-call availability, and collaboration with IT teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in an internal-facing support role.
• 2+ years of corporate Windows OS support.
• 1+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, high-quality, hands-on support diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues, evaluating log files for health checks.
• Provide on-call support for requests outside normal hours.
• Assist with triage and escalation of system or network outages to reduce downtime.
• Understand and execute change management activities.
• Oversee IT asset inventories.
• Continuously expand skills and knowledge of IT policies to provide accurate solutions.
