Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Skilled Services Technician to perform on-site, remote, and telephonic support, installing and testing software and hardware at client sites. You will maintain servers and network hardware, diagnose issues, and provide technical support while escalating complex problems as needed.

You may lead a team informally and assist with client engagement to deliver a quality solution. The role requires solid IT experience, AD knowledge, and a focus on customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Vendor/product certification preferred; A+ certification beneficial.
• Solid demonstrable experience in an IT environment with relevant server OS.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site, remote, and telephonic support; installs and tests software/hardware.
• Performs routine server and network maintenance tasks.
• Monitors ITSM queues and escalates unresolved issues as needed.
• Contributes to client engagement to ensure a quality solution for the client.
