Job summary

NTT DATA, Edison, NJ seeks a Deskside Support Lead Technician to join onsite daily at the client's facility. Rotating on-call, holidays, and occasional weekends; ability to lift and move enterprise hardware.

Role combines hands-on technical support with leadership duties: ticket management, coaching teammates, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Requires strong communication, Windows/ChromeOS deployments, AD management, Ivanti Landesk imaging, and collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications

• On-site daily support at client facility in Edison, NJ.
• Strong verbal and written communication with end users.
• Good knowledge of Windows/ChromeOS deployments and AD management.
• Experience with Ivanti Landesk imaging and basic network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate-to-complicated configuration and repair of desktop/notebook equipment and peripherals.
• Install IP phone handsets and connect network drops.
• Provide top-level customer service to a large end user base including VIPs on-site.
• Manage tickets and workload, coach teammates, and ensure quality checks.
• Assist with escalations and follow-ups until resolution.
• Support additional offices as needed and participate in on-call rotations.
