Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate in Berea, KY to support on-site integration of company and multi-vendor solutions. The role covers desktop, notebook, printer and peripheral installations, with hands-on troubleshooting and repair.

The position requires strong Windows knowledge, customer service skills, and A+ credentials, with potential travel up to international trips as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Solid client service skills.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.

Responsibilities

• On-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software and networking.
• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot and repair desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals, on-site or remotely.
• Serve as liaison with client on administrative and technical matters; clarify fault ownership.
• Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment and repair on desktops/notebooks/printers.
• Identify issues impacting end user experience and take corrective action.
• Travel domestically or internationally as required.
