Kentro is recruiting a Customer Service Engineer to support VA End Point Support across CONUS/OCONUS with onsite Baltimore operations. The role involves diagnosing issues, guiding users through fixes, and performing routine system administration tasks.

This position is based onsite in Baltimore, MD, 8:00am-4:30pm EST, with potential surge travel. You will monitor ServiceNow tickets, maintain AD accounts, and collaborate with government teams to deliver reliable IT services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline; or 8 years of additional relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in IT Technical Support, Help Desk or System Administration.
• Candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Government with installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of computer systems and equipment.
• Deliver remote and desk-side IT support, respond to tickets, and perform diagnostics on hardware and software.
• Assist in setting up user accounts and interfacing with software applications.
• Maintain Active Directory and system accounts, support connectivity and client applications.
• Monitor VA ServiceNow tickets and propose corrective actions before implementation.
• Handle lifting of equipment up to 50 pounds and move around the work area as needed.
