Job summary

Kentro is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support VA-endpoint, operations, and monitoring contracts nationwide. The role emphasizes hands-on system administration, ticketing, and proactive customer interaction at the Louisville, KY site and beyond.

Responsibilities include hardware/software troubleshooting, AD upkeep, and performance logging, with a focus on reliable, secure IT operations for government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering/technical discipline or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• 2+ years of experience in IT Technical Support, Help Desk or System Administration.
• Candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Government with installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of computer systems and equipment.
• Deliver remote and desk-side technical support, respond to IT tickets, and perform diagnostic and repair activities on hardware and software.
