Job summary

Kentro is hiring an experienced Customer Service Engineer to support VA-ESOM End Point and Operations Monitoring across the United States. Location: Onsite at Nashville VA Medical Center, Nashville, TN.

You will diagnose issues, interact with customers, and guide them through corrective steps while performing routine system administration tasks. The role requires 2+ years in IT support, a technical background, and readiness to travel for surge capacity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of IT technical support, help desk, or system administration.
Ability to meet physical requirements as listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot computer systems and equipment for optimal operation and user satisfaction.
Provide remote and desk-side IT support, respond to tickets, diagnose issues, and repair hardware/software components.
Set up and maintain user accounts, interface with software applications, compile reports, and respond to customer requests.
Maintain Active Directory and system accounts, support connectivity and client applications, and assist with network services configuration.
