Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
- 2+ years of IT technical support, help desk, or system administration experience.
- Candidates must meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.
Responsibilities
- Support installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of computer systems and equipment.
- Deliver remote and desk-side technical support and respond to IT support tickets.
- Assist in user account setup, AD maintenance, and network service support.
- Monitor VA ServiceNow tickets and propose corrective actions for approved changes.
- Handle equipment deployment, inventory, and verification.
