Job summary

The Amatriot Group is seeking an IT Project Support Specialist to deliver end-user computing support at client sites, with occasional travel. Responsibilities include imaging, setting up, and troubleshooting PCs, Windows 11 issues, software installs, and IMAC tasks.

The role supports other IT functions and projects as needed. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IT, strong MS product experience, and excellent communication to work with VIP staff and executives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in IT technical roles; VIP support experience preferred.
• 7+ years in desktop hardware, OS, printers, and mobile devices.
• 7+ years with Microsoft products and business communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class on-site and remote IT end-user support.
• Resolve complex break/fix issues and manage support requests promptly.
• Image/setup/troubleshoot PCs and Windows 11 issues.
• Install and troubleshoot software and perform IMACs.
• Support IT projects and Office Services at client sites as needed.
• Follow procedures for logging, reporting, and monitoring desktop operations.
• Travel to client sites as required.
