Job summary

The Adcom Group seeks an Information Technology Support Specialist to manage end-user support, device deployment, onboarding/offboarding, and conference-room tech. You will create documentation and training to help employees use company tech securely and efficiently while maintaining accurate asset records.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will work on-site in a dynamic Operations environment, supporting Windows and macOS devices and collaborating with vendors to improve workflows and security

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in IT support, desktop support, help-desk operations, or related areas is preferred.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day employee technology needs including hardware, software, and accounts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine IT support requests from report to resolution with proper escalation when needed.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain computers, mobile devices, and conference-room technology.
