Responsibilities

• Perform installation and support of new Windows-based computer systems.
• Install images and software on laptops and workstations.
• Prepare computers for deployments and support deployment activities.
• Assist with installation and support of computer systems and peripherals.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with deliverable guidelines.
• Assist in development of documentation based on customer processes.
• Travel to customer sites for deployment activities.
