Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 1 year of desktop systems support experience.
• Ideal candidate has 2+ years in a production networked environment supporting MDT imaging, Office 365, Windows 7/10/11 workstations, and printers.
• Microsoft certifications (A+, MCDST) are highly desired.
• Strong written and oral communication and a customer-satisfaction mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems across desktop, laptop, printer, and video conference setups.
• Schedule repairs and configure workstations with approved images and software.
• Install aftermarket hardware and support office relocations.
• Set up and manage video conferences between sites.
• Update asset management and ticketing systems; adhere to SLAs.
