Mondo is seeking an IT Specialist to serve as the primary onsite IT contact for small and medium business clients in South San Francisco, delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support with high professionalism and white-glove service.

The role covers troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and user issues across Google Workspace, macOS, and Windows. It also includes AV setup, onboarding/offboarding, and travel to client sites with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

5 years of Tier 1/2 IT support experience.
Proficiency with macOS and Google Workspace administration.
Experience with Okta identity management and basic networking concepts.
Strong AV experience and conference room technology setup.
Excellent interpersonal and white-glove customer service.

Responsabilités

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support onsite for clients.
Install, configure, and support Google Workspace, macOS, and Windows environments.
Manage common business applications and basic IT infrastructure for clients.
Oversee onboarding/offboarding and laptop provisioning processes.
Assist with basic networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, and cybersecurity troubleshooting.
Set up and maintain conference room AV systems and equipment.
Travel between client sites in South San Francisco; mileage reimbursed.
