Tessera Labs in New York, NY is seeking an IT Support Specialist to own day-to-day IT operations. You will manage Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and Google Endpoint Management, while supporting hardware, network basics, and conference room tech.

This is a hybrid, hands-on role requiring independent problem-solving and effective communication. You’ll split time between in-office hardware setup and remote work, with a focus on keeping devices compliant and services running smoothly for a growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience.
• Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with JumpCloud and Google Endpoint Management for device provisioning and access control.
• Independent troubleshooting of software and hardware issues.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary IT support contact: onboarding/offboarding, hardware provisioning, account setup, and daily troubleshooting.
• Administer Google Workspace: users, groups, OUs, access requests, and directory hygiene.
• Manage endpoint security using JumpCloud and Google Endpoint Management, patching and compliance.
• Support office technology including Wi-Fi, printers, and A/V for conference rooms and video meetings.
• Triage IT tickets, set priorities, and maintain fast response times.
