Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC in El Segundo is seeking an IT Specialist to support employees and executives, owning IT issues from request to resolution. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, IAM, and Google Workspace, primarily in a MacOS environment, with hands-on vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on IT experience.
• Experience supporting employees in a startup or fast-growing technology environment.
• Strong MacOS support and administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace.
• Experience with MDM and endpoint management.
• Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Working knowledge of IAM/SSO and corporate networking.
• Strong internal customer-service skills with experience supporting both technical and nontechnical employees.
• Highly responsive and communicative approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with employees and executives.
• Must be comfortable working fully on-site in El Segundo.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to employees and executives, owning issues from initial request through resolution.
• Maintain consistent communication with internal users while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Partner with employees to understand their needs and recommend practical technology solutions.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware, accounts, application access, and permissions.
• Administer Google Workspace, including user management, access, configurations, and licensing.
• Support a primarily MacOS environment and manage endpoints through MDM.
• Handle laptop provisioning, device policies, inventory, and hardware lifecycle.
• Manage IAM/SSO, SaaS applications, user permissions, and access provisioning.
• Support corporate networking, including wireless, VPN, DNS, firewalls, and connectivity.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when needed.
• Support conference rooms and other office technology.
• Maintain IT documentation and continuously improve internal IT processes as the organization grows.
