Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the hands-on tech presence in our San Francisco office. You will be the first line of support for employees, resolving tickets via our AI-powered help desk while owning office tech and AV needs for meetings and events.

You’ll partner with the Workplace Experience team on site builds and onboarding cohorts, ensuring new hires start with everything working on day one.

Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on experience with help desk ticketing systems.
Familiar with AI-powered tools for efficiency.
Familiar with supporting audiovisual setups for meetings, presentations, and larger events.
Comfortable troubleshooting macOS environments.
Proficient in onboarding new hires, including account setup and hardware provisioning.
Ability to perform physical in-office work and lift up to 20 lbs.
Available to work full-time from San Francisco HQ with potential travel and some work-from-home days.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on IT support as the first line of contact for employees via the help desk.
Own and manage on-site technology for office operations and events.
Collaborate with Workplace Experience on on-site builds and onboarding cohorts.
