Job summary

Stefanini is seeking a Deskside Technician II to support Windows and macOS endpoints in a large corporate environment located in Ontario, CA. You will handle IMAC tasks, diagnose hardware and software issues, and keep asset records up to date.

This full-time contract role requires strong communication, the ability to work on-call, and the skill to prioritize tasks under pressure. You’ll collaborate with global teams and travel to client sites as needed while maintaining documentation and KB

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; desk-side support experience.
• Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work on-call and after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support in a large corporate environment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows devices.
• IMAC support - install/move/add/change.
• Maintain system configurations and documentation.
• Inventory management and asset auditing.
• Respond to incidents and requests via the client ticketing tool.
• Support printers, scanners, networked peripherals, and mobile devices.
• May provide executive support and travel to client sites as needed.
