Job summary

Stefanini is seeking a Deskside Technician II in Hamilton, OH to provide on-site IT support in a large corporate environment. You will handle desktop/laptop support for Mac and PC, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers and peripherals.

The role requires ability to work on-call and after-hours as needed, with opportunities for professional development within Stefanini University and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers and PC hardware.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professionalism.
• Experience supporting remote facilities and users.
• Ability to perform in-depth research and troubleshooting for complex technical issues.
• Ability to work on-call and after-hours support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting IT equipment in large corporate environment.
• Desktop/laptop tech support (Mac and PC).
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows devices.
• IMAC support – Install/Move/Add/Change of IT equipment.
• Maintain repairs, spare parts, and components.
