Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. is seeking a Deskside Technician II in Bristol, PA for full-time support of IT equipment in a large corporate environment. You will handle desktop/laptop support (Mac and PC), Windows 10/11, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and networked peripherals.

IMAC, asset management, and on-call support are required. Ideal candidates have Mac/Windows experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to research and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS and Windows OS.
• Experience with printers, AV systems, and mobile devices.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle after-hours support.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support IT equipment in a large corporate environment.
• Provide desktop/laptop tech support (Mac and PC).
• Manage Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Support mobile devices, printers, scanners, and wireless infrastructure.
• Perform IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) tasks.
• Maintain repairs, spare parts, and components.
• Research and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Maintain system configurations and documentation.
• Track incidents and requests using the client ticketing tool.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows devices.
• Backup, recovery, and data migration tasks.
• Provide Smart Hands support for networking and servers.
• Printer and peripheral device support
• Inventory management of IT assets
• Ability to research KB articles
• Be available for on-call and after-hours support
• Provide executive support if needed
• Other duties as assigned
