Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking an experienced deskside IT support specialist to join our enterprise services team. You will diagnose and fix hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac devices, install and configure equipment, and ensure seamless operations for end users across client sites.

Candidates with A+ or MCP and ITIL Foundations are preferred; the role requires TWIC Card and valid driver's license for on-site assignments.

Qualifications

• A+ certification or equivalent IT hardware knowledge.
• Microsoft MCP certification preferred.
• ITIL Foundations knowledge is desirable.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT hardware and software support to a large enterprise.
• Support Windows 10/11, Mac, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Maintain asset inventory, KB articles, and tickets in the client system.
• Occasional after-hours support and potential onsite relocations.
