Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in corporate desk-side support, focusing on Windows and MacOS.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and replace hardware on PCs and Mac laptops.
• Demonstrated capacity for managing equipment inventory and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues on end-user devices.
• Perform urgent break/fix replacements and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain consumable device inventory count and manage spare parts.
