Job summary

Stefanini is seeking a Deskside Technician II to provide hands-on IT support in a large corporate environment in Auburn Hills, MI. You will perform Mac and PC desktop support, manage Windows operating systems, printers, mobile devices, and network-related tasks.

The role requires experience with IT equipment, on-site service, and strong communication skills. Expect to work a full-time schedule with after-hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS and Windows OS in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting mobile devices and AV conferencing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting IT equipment in large corporate environment
• Desktop/laptop tech support (Mac and PC)
• Windows 7/10 operating systems
• Support mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless, VPN, etc.
• IMAC Support - IT equipment Install/Move/Add/Change
• Maintain repairs, spare parts, and components
• Troubleshoot problems and document configurations
• Track incidents through client ticketing tool
• Backup, restoration, and migration of user data
• Support at other client locations as needed
• Other duties as assigned
