Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smartphones, printers, and PC hardware.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professional interaction.
• Experience supporting remote facilities and users.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues through research.
• High School Diploma required.
• Deskside/Desktop/End User computer experience in corporate environment.
• Ability to handle rapid-response user support.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support for Macs and PCs in a large corporate environment.
• Administer Windows 10, Office apps, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and networked peripherals.
• Manage hardware repairs, spare parts, and asset inventory.
• Research, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Document configurations and solutions in the knowledge base.
• Assist users and track incidents via the client's ticketing tool.
• Provide after-hours support and potential executive support.
• Support at multiple client locations as needed.
