Formación

• Experience in IT support, preferably in industrial environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at Upington facility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Assist users with day-to-day IT needs.
