You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, install and maintain systems, and contribute to knowledge-base documentation. A strong problem-solving focus and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and common software applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model (remote and on-site).
• High school diploma; certifications such as A+ or Network+ are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-level technical support to users via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Document technical procedures and resolutions in the knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
• Assist in managing IT assets and inventory.
• Provide guidance and training to users on IT best practices.
• Contribute to system improvement initiatives.
