Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a diligent Support Technician for an onsite contract-to-hire role in Grand Prairie, TX. You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, applications, and end-user technology across Windows and Mac environments.

Primary duties include troubleshooting via ticketing systems, assisting users with Microsoft Office 365, and supporting software, browsers, and mobile apps. Strong customer service and IT basics are essential for success.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Customer service experience within a call center environment.
Previous help desk or technical support experience.
Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Ability to install, configure, and support software applications.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting internet browsers.
Knowledge of mobile application support.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products.
Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems.
Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot service incidents and resolve support requests through established ticketing systems.
Assist users with Microsoft technologies, hardware, software, browsers, and mobile applications.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across desktop systems and end-user technology.
Work to maintain employee productivity through timely issue resolution and customer-focused support.
Support Windows and Mac environments and ensure smooth operation of IT services.
