Job summary

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ and Net+ certifications or 5+ years in IT performance analysis and end-user support in health.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and assist with equipment setup.
• CRM and task management software proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills.
• MacOS experience preferred; knowledge of networking basics, VPN, LAN/WAN.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user IT issues for remote partner offices and onsite users.
• Prioritize and escalate IT concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
• Perform system installations, updates and maintenance for practice management.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve remote partner office issues.
• Document processes and maintain service desk records.
• Participate in staff meetings to optimize IT performance and prevent issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet IT needs.
