TALENT Software Services is seeking a Corporate Field Services Technician for an onsite role in Corning, NY. You will handle hardware, software, and infrastructure support for Windows 11 environments, with emphasis on Office 365 and remote connectivity.

The position requires 1+ year in hardware and in-person customer support, with an associates degree preferred. Some flexibility and travel within Corning may be needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or HS diploma/GED minimum.
• 1+ year hardware experience beyond imaging/deployment.
• 1+ year customer service/in-person support experience.
• Technical focus and strong customer engagement.

Responsabilités

• Active Directory administration and user support.
• Troubleshoot Cisco VPN connectivity and Citrix access.
• Remote and in-person technical assistance for desktops.
• Documentation of incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Hardware deployment and asset management tasks.
• Support Office 365 and OneDrive/SharePoint workflows.
