Job summary

Talentify in New York, NY is seeking a Field Engineer 3 for a 12-month, on-site assignment to install, diagnose, maintain and service desktop and laptop computers, printers, and standard software. The role involves delivering journeyman-level desk-side IT support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides desk-side support for software, hardware and networking for desktops and laptops; installs and maintains PCs and software; performs moves, adds and changes; ensures follow-up on problems and escalation within ticketing systems.
• Assists with imaging and re-imaging of PCs/laptops and coordinates with server/network teams as directed.
