Job summary

Broadway National in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for employees and office technology. This role goes beyond a traditional help desk, combining user issue remediation with hands-on hardware, Microsoft 365, basic networking, printers, and conference-room systems.

You will configure and deploy Windows devices, support Entra ID/Active Directory, MFA, Intune, and network connectivity while documenting solutions and maintaining

Qualifications

• 2+ years in help desk or IT support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and user accounts.
• Familiarity with AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 hardware, software, and connectivity support.
• Configure Windows laptops/desktops, docks, monitors, and peripherals.
• Support Entra ID/Active Directory, MFA, and user accounts.
• Assist with Intune enrollment, device management, and Windows deployments.
• Troubleshoot wired/wireless networking (DHCP/DNS/TCP-IP/Wi‑Fi).
• Support printers, conference-room tech, Teams/Zoom rooms, and office equipment.
• Handle IT portions of onboarding/offboarding and equipment changes.
• Provide first-level support for company business applications.
• Maintain hardware inventory and IT documentation.
• Document solutions and identify recurring issues.
• Escalate complex issues with clear troubleshooting.
