Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or HS diploma/GED minimum.
• 1+ year hardware experience beyond imaging/deployment.
• 1+ year customer service / in-person support experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and infrastructure on-site or remotely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets or route as per documented processes.
• Utilize Active Directory, VPN, Citrix, and collaboration tools to support users.
• Interact with multiple teams to coordinate service delivery and scheduling.
